These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the SEFICO Packing website and the technical information, content, and services made available through it. By accessing the site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.

The website is operated by SEFICO Packing. Our European headquarters and central film extrusion site is located at ul. Sosnowa 23, 44-240 Zory, Poland. We also operate a regional manufacturing unit in Lityn, Vinnytsia Region, Ukraine, and a sales, R&D, and design office in Milan, Italy.

You may use the website to learn about our products, request technical datasheets, samples, or quotations, and otherwise communicate with our teams. You agree not to:

• Use the website in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the site, including through automated scraping, denial-of-service attempts, or attempts to gain unauthorised access.
• Submit information that is false, misleading, infringing on third-party rights, or harmful to others.
• Use the website or our contact channels to send unsolicited commercial communications.

Submitting an inquiry through our contact form does not, by itself, create a binding contract between you and SEFICO Packing. A binding agreement only arises once both parties have signed a written contract or have confirmed an order in writing. Quotations are valid only for the period stated within them and may be revised in response to changes in raw material prices, logistics costs, or technical specifications.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the product specifications, performance data, and technical illustrations shown on the site are accurate. However, technical values such as oxygen transmission rates, moisture transmission rates, shrinkage ratios, and dimensional tolerances are typical values measured under stated test conditions and may vary in real-world use. They do not constitute a guarantee of suitability for a particular application. For production-critical decisions, please rely on the formal Technical Data Sheet and on any written confirmation from our team.

All content on the website — including text, photographs, illustrations, technical diagrams, datasheet layouts, the "SEFICO" name and logo, and the software underlying the site — is the property of SEFICO Packing or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print individual pages for your own evaluation. You may not otherwise reproduce, redistribute, publish, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

The website may link to or integrate third-party services, such as mapping providers, analytics tools, or hosting services. We do not control these third parties and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or their privacy practices. Your interaction with them is governed by their own terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, where our headquarters is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to the website or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Poland.

Where a specific commercial agreement is concluded through our Milan office, that agreement, and any dispute arising from it, may instead be governed by Italian law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, as expressly indicated in the written agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or in the law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the current version came into effect. Continued use of the website after a change has been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
